Greg went above and beyond when he came out to provide an estimate for replacing my two entry doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. His installers arrived on time and completed the job much quicker than I expected, without sacrificing quality. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend his business to anyone needing door replacement.

Greg and his crew installed windows at two houses for us, and we are 100% happy with everything at both houses. They showed up on time. They got the jobs done in a timely manner without being sloppy. They were all very polite. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. We have one more house we look to do in the near future and will definitely be using Direct Siding and Windows, and we highly recommend them to you.

First, our house looks fantastic! Very pleased, now, after several returns by the installers. Greg was friendly, informative and available for calls. It took much longer to start the project than we were told. Chris and Julius were very friendly installing the windows and doors. However they had to be called back out to properly install the front door. The screen was left off the slider, and the slider was installed with the stickers on it, so unless we take the door off, we have stickers to look at. The blue color is beautiful and the large boxed windows look great. We were disappointed to point 10 things done incorrect or poorly. Twice they were sent back to replace very sloppy work such as pieced together siding, trim cut too short, trim left too long. The final time my husband stayed right along with them to ensure it was done correctly. The caulking around the windows is sloppy. Missing in spots, bumpy, just seems no attention to detail. We feel it was quite expensive to have to continue pointing out problems. But, now that it’s done we are pleased with it. It seems to be good quality and has really improved the overall look of our house. I would use them again. But I would stay on top of the installation. We appreciate Greg continuing to work to get it completed to our needs.

Love my siding and windows turned out great. From Direct Siding and Windows. They do amazing work. I had many other company’s come out and Direct Siding was by far the best value for my dollar.
